Gifts which are planned in advance are especially welcome to the ASO.It enables our Board of Directors to better plan for our future and helps predict future income streams.
To those wonderful donors who have already pledged an annual donation, or give to us on a monthly basis, we extend a very big thank you for your commitment and generosity! Your support is greatly appreciated by all here at the ASO.
Pledge Giving
Our Pledge Giving program is very flexible and allows donors to decide a set amount in advance and spread it out over 3-5 years of annual giving (this is generally done before the end of each financial year). Others have specified an annual amount for a period of years. The choice is up to the individual and here at the ASO, we will do all we can to assist in making this happen smoothly.
Regular Giving
In this busy day and age, many people require efficiencies in how they go about giving to charity. Becoming a Regular Donor to the ASO does just that.
Any amount of $10 or more can be automatically deducted frim a credit card account on a monthly basis (first Monday of each month, or the next working day) and receipted.
Unlike some big charities, your monthly donation is processed by our staff here in our office each month to ensure that our donors are looked after as they should be. This system also makes it easier to make one off special donations, say at tax time. Just specify the increased amount for that month and we will take car fo the rest with no extra hassle.
