Advocates

ASO Advocates are a group of young people aged 18 - 30 empowered to represent the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. They work together over the course of the year to drive and inspire engagement with orchestral music and the arts.

Advocates get up close and personal with artists and other arts organisations, help us reach new audiences, learn more about the orchestra and orchestral music, organise events and meet-ups and gain valuable arts experience.

Applications for our 2019 Advocacy program will open in October 2018. If you're aged 18-30 and have a desire to make a difference to the future of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra then we strongly encourage you to apply.

Purpose

To share experiences and promote access and exposure to the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra by inspiring an interest in orchestral music, and breaking cultural perceptions around audiences who enjoy it.
