We know that COVID-19 situation in South Australia is always changing. Book your single tickets or subscription with confidence knowing that the ASO has a variety of options available should COVID-19 affect your ability to attend.
If you cannot attend due to isolation requirements, illness or changed personal circumstances, the ASO can move your booking to a future concert, provide refunds or hold the value of the ticket as credit – call us on 08 8233 6233 or email email@example.com to discuss the options available.
Please note, you must contact the ASO prior to the performance to be eligible for a refund, replacement or credit transfer. Refunds cannot be provided retroactively.
Changes to concerts and events
Please be assured that in the event of concert changes or cancellations, ticketholders will receive direct communication from the ASO as soon as possible and will be eligible for a refund.
