Charity Ticket Requests

The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra is directly supported by many wonderful individuals, organisations and groups in the community through corporate partnerships, donations, volunteering, and other assistance throughout the year – this is one of the reasons why we support community organisations by providing ASO tickets/vouchers to help with their fundraising activities such as auctions, raffles and for other prizes.

Each year we receive many requests for ticket donations and as we only have a limited number of tickets available each year, we have developed our Charity Ticket Request process.

If you have an event in 2019 that you require support for, please follow the below guidelines:

  • Please download the electronically editable form (.pdf) below
  • Complete the form with as much detail as possible
  • Submit it to the ASO’s Customer Service Manager

Please ensure your request is submitted no later than four weeks' prior to the event date / date tickets are required. Requests made with less than four weeks' notice will still be considered, but are not guaranteed to be processed prior to the event date.
