Charity Ticket Requests

The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra is directly supported by many wonderful individuals, organisations and groups in the community through corporate partnerships, donations, volunteering, and other assistance throughout the year – this is one of the reasons why we support community organisations by providing ASO tickets/vouchers to help with their fundraising activities such as auctions, raffles and for other prizes.

Each year we receive many requests for ticket donations and as we only have a limited number of tickets available each year, we have developed our Charity Ticket Request process.

We review each request, but given the large number we receive, unfortunately we are unable to support every request.

For the six month period January through June 2017, the ASO has donated a total of $4099.40 worth of concert tickets to various organisations and groups. This means that no more requests can be fulfilled for the remainder of 2017.

Therefore, we are only able to accommodate requests for charity events in 2018 on-wards. Please follow the following guidelines:

  • Please download the electronically editable form (.pdf) below
  • Complete the form with as much detail as possible
  • Submit it to the ASO’s Customer Service Manager

Please ensure your request is submitted no later than four weeks' prior to the event date / date tickets are required. Requests made with less than four weeks' notice will still be considered, but are not guaranteed to be processed prior to the event date.
