The Orchestra will be joined by a community choir of 100 professional and amateur voices in Prayer for the Living as part of the 2022 Adelaide Festival. This stirring concert includes some of the most inspiring choral music of the past century— transcendental pieces from Latvian composer Pēteris Vasks, works from French prodigy
Lili Boulanger, and Francis Poulenc’s uplifting Gloria, a refreshingly human take on the Latin mass. Experience a profoundly moving and meaningful afternoon at the end of the Festival with this spiritual tonic.
