We, the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, use our social media channels to engage with our audience and provide greater public access to our organisation. We love to hear from you, the community, be it good, bad or indifferent. We also welcome fresh ideas and we will try to join the conversation with you where we can.
We don’t use social media to respond individually to all messages, but we endeavour to respond whenever possible.
We have no problem with our community providing feedback, but we do draw the line at abusive language or conduct. The ASO will moderate content that is aggressive, threatening, defamatory and offensive or considered spam.
Management of our social media channels is entirely at the discretion of the ASO.
If you have any questions, comments or complaints about how we engage online, please write to aso@aso.com.au
