How to Redeem a Gift Voucher
ASO Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online, over the phone or in person at the ASO Box Office 91 Hindley Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Gift vouchers are valid for three years from date of purchase.
Vouchers can be used multiple times until the value has been exhausted, and can be used as part-payment for orders (subscriptions, single ticket orders, donations etc…).
If you would like to redeem a gift voucher for a concert at the Adelaide Festival Centre or Adelaide Entertainment Centre, please contact the ASO Box Office directly and redeem your voucher over the phone on (08) 8233 6233. Please note that while ASO endeavours to offer Gift Voucher holders flexibility, not all concerts can be redeemed via Gift Vouchers.
Terms & Conditions
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, no change will be given and they are valid for a three year period from the date of purchase. Vouchers and their unique voucher ID should be treated like cash. The ASO disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
