Karen has had an extensive career in commerce, general management, governance and strategy across a broad number of industries and boards.
Karen is a member of CPA Australia (Fellow), a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Business and a Masters of Business Administration.
Karen is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Mott MacDonald for Australia and New Zealand and has previously held financial and general management positions in the professional services, manufacturing, retail and utilities sectors.
Along with being an ASO board member, Karen also chairs the ASO’s Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and is the chair of St John Ambulance SA Inc
