The ASO is proud to call Pinchas Zukerman the ASO’s Artist-in-Association in Season 2016. The name Pinchas Zukerman is equally respected as violinist, violist, conductor, chamber musician and pedagogue and Adelaide audiences will have the rare chance to immerse themselves in all of the varied facets of the music-making of this “forever-young virtuoso” (LA Times), who has remained a phenomenon in the music world for over four decades.

  • Zukerman Trio
    Wednesday 27 September, an intimate performance at the Adelaide Town Hall with his trio (comprising the prodigious talents of leading Canadian cellist Amanda Forsyth and pianist Angela Cheng). Includes Beethoven's Violin Sonata No.1.
     
  • In Nature's Realm
    Friday 29 & Saturday 30 September, experience Mr Zukerman performing as soloist and conductor with the full ASO at Adelaide Town Hall. Program includes Mr Zukerman performing Mozart's Violin Concerto No.4.
