Bacewicz opens with restless energy, Clyne offers the still, meditative beauty of Within Her Arms, and Musgrave’s Night Windows sings with elegance for oboe and strings. Mason’s Upon Weightless Wings glistens with radiant colour, Cawrse unveils an evocative new song cycle, and Holst closes with a vivid reimagining of the Persephone myth. Three Australian Premieres and a World Premiere make this an experience you’ll hear nowhere else.
