From haunting melodies and delicate strings to soaring vocals and the full force of the orchestra, Christopher Larkin’s music is as rich and varied as the worlds it inhabits. Moving between quiet moments of discovery, sweeping landscapes and epic battles, his scores give Hollow Knight and its sequel, Silksong, their unmistakable atmosphere and sense of place.
Away from the screen, experience this music on an entirely new scale as the ASO brings these acclaimed soundtracks to life. Hear favourites including Greenpath, City of Tears, Lace, Bellhart and Lost Lace, with the voice of soprano Jessica Dean adding another dimension to some of the scores’ most evocative moments. At the heart of the concert is South Australian composer Christopher Larkin, joining the ASO to share the stories and ideas behind the music and the extraordinary worlds it helped create.
Whether you’ve spent hundreds of hours exploring Hallownest and beyond, or simply love great music and immersive storytelling, this is your chance to step inside the music of Hollow Knight and Silksong and experience it like never before.
