About
The ASO returns to the Fleurieu Peninsula for one unforgettable night of music in Goolwa.
Led by Anthony Hunt, this evocative program takes you on a musical journey, from the rolling waves and windswept drama of Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture to the playful surprise of Haydn’s Symphony No.94. Then, the graceful opening of Fanny Mendelssohn’s Overture in C gives way to vibrant, rhythmically charged bursts from the strings.
Plus, experience the lyrical warmth of the alto trombone, as ASO’s own Colin Prichard steps into the spotlight for Michael Haydn’s Alto Trombone Concerto.
Whether you’re a classical music lover or curious first-timer, this is a rare chance to hear the ASO live in Goolwa. Don’t miss it!
