Shivani joined the ASO in 2018. Over the past 15 years she has built an expertise in creating high performance cultures in the Arts and Hospitality sectors. Previous senior leadership roles include the Toronto International Film Festival and The Drake, a leading Canadian boutique hospitality group. She has an educational background in both business and performing arts, having attended the Queen’s School of Business (Ontario, Canada) with a minor in Theatre Arts. She acquired her professional HR designation in 2009.
Shivani is an avid supporter of all performing arts and has held board and volunteer positions for many Arts and social welfare organisations in Toronto and Adelaide.
