About
Pianist, conductor, teacher and composer, Ernst von Dohnányi was a giant in the world of Hungarian music, and his Sextet is a sublime example of his cosmopolitan musical style; sensuous, sophisticated and brimming with beautiful ideas. Germaine Tailleferre, the only female member of the influential band of composers known as Les Six, composed her delicate, impressionistic quartet just one year after Stravinsky created his concert drama The Soldier’s Tale. The suite Stravinsky drew from this modern version of the Faust story is one of his most compelling chamber works.
Conditions of Entry
As a condition of entry all persons aged 12 and over will need to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a valid medical exemption to gain entry to ALL Adelaide Symphony Orchestra concerts scheduled in 2022.

- Those with an official medical exemption will need to show their certificate of exemption and provide a recent negative test result no older than 72 hours.
