Get ready to move, dance and follow the music!
Everyone should feel welcome to experience the joy of live music. Our Relaxed Concerts offer a more flexible and inclusive way to experience the ASO, with adjusted lighting and sound, a relaxed approach to audience movement and sensory-friendly break-out spaces. Designed to welcome everyone, these performances may be particularly suitable for people on the autism spectrum, those with sensory sensitivities, vision or hearing impairments, and people with learning disabilities.
Move to the Music turns an ASO concert into an interactive adventure, where sitting still is definitely not required. Led by a professional dance artist, families are invited to move with the orchestra, respond to the music and discover rhythm, tempo and sound through dance and creative play.
Joyful, energetic and made for little movers – experience the orchestra with your whole body.
Recommended for ages 5–8. All ages welcome!
