About
In this South Australian Premiere, the mysteries of the conductor are unveiled in this beautiful and funny foray into classical music starring world-class pianist Simon Tedeschi and the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.
We’ve got the orchestra and the pianist: what happens if there’s no conductor? Isn’t a solo pianist enough? Why can’t everyone just play how they like? (And seriously, how hard can conducting be, anyway?). Celebrated Australian pianist Simon Tedeschi actually has no idea, but with the musicians of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra and some of the most famous piano concertos of all time, he’ll put these and other questions to the test in a captivating concert for curious minds and ears.
Suitable: Yr 3 – 9
