Elder Hall Location

Welcome to Bohemia: a musical world of vivid stories, colourful characters and rich folk traditions. Across three concerts, discover a place where music, theatre and storytelling collide.

Ensemble Lumen joins the spirit of Bohemian Rhapsodies as part of the Elder Conservatorium Lunchtime Concert Series. The acclaimed chamber ensemble presents a program alive with wit, warmth and character. Janáček‘s Mládí looks back on youth with affection, while Martinů’s Revue de Cuisine serves up playful jazz-age mischief. Suk’s passionate and lyrical Piano Quartet completes this celebration of Czech music.

This concert series is generously supported by Pamela and the late Peter McKee.
