Take your conducting skills to the next level with this workshop led by Luke Dollman, Director of the Elder Conservatorium of Music Conducting Master’s program.
Perfect for classroom teachers, instrumental tutors, ensemble directors, and students, this full-day session is designed for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of conducting. Participants will explore conducting techniques and apply them to a range of repertoire. A professional learning pack will be provided, equipping participants with valuable resources for continuing skills development. The day concludes with an opportunity to observe the lively Nicholas Buc working with the ASO and student musicians during the Big Rehearsals program, offering a real-world look at conducting in action.
Suitability Classroom teachers, instrumental tutors, ensemble directors, education & tertiary students. Basic conducting experience recommended but not necessary.
